They gave me a time for my son to be seen immediately. We get there 10 mins early only to have them tell us the appointment was 15 mins before the time they gave us and there was no way he could be seen by anyone else. So they tell us to come back next week instead. I ask if they can give me some kind of direction and they had someone call me and give me vague help. And suggest I call his other doctors instead.

I was already overwhelmed and stressed for him only to find he couldn't be seen even though I took time off work for it. Then the receptionist acted as if she couldn't even be bothered with anything I asked. Had a rude attitude.

First experience with this facility. Intake staff was kind and Dr. Sogbadjor was wonderful! Never had a doctor listen so thoroughly, ask their own questions, or take notes before. My last PCP seemed to want to gloss over everything and get you out as quickly as possible, leaving you feeling unheard and without answers. Not her! Very friendly, clearly cares about her patient's experience, and takes her job seriously. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new PCP!
