I've had four to five massages from Heather but this last one she took some extra time to work on my frozen shoulder and it helped tremendously!! I've decided that a massage every couple of months is def worth it. I also suffer from DDD (degenerative disc disease) and have had two spinal fusions. I've tried other massage therapists in the area but I keep coming back to Heather!
