Amy is an absolute delight! She really made the visit much more than a visit. She made it a recommendation for anyone I know and/or come across looking to improve their eye care health! She made the visit a calming, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Her communication skills and helpfulness are something of that on a professional level and caring level. Amy your heart is gold and you made my day and made me feel cared for. This review may seem a little over the top, and I don’t care. I am updating my post as Jean The Area Manager immediately reached out to meexpressing her concerns about my experience and finding a resolve.She was very understanding and provided suggestions on making things right and was very apologetic.We both agreed on a resolve and I want to express my thanks for her prompt action and genuine concern.====================================I will never go back.I thought I’d give them a try since I’ve been to a few other eye places and didn’t have a good experience.What I was told I was getting price-wise after asking 3 times is not what I got and when I explained that to the front desk I got well we are sorry about the miscommunication.That...read full review

Only place we go for eyes, prices def can't be beat! My children and I have been going to Bard for over 10 years, Never had an issue, they are always helpful and accomodating. My daughter has very very poor vision and they go out of their way to make her more comfortable when choosing eyewear, from contacts to prescription sunglases. We purchase from here twice a year
