“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. “I have been to this wonderful spa a couple of times and if I could afford it, I would go weekly ?. Nim is just wonderful. She explains everything she is going to do. There are so many options for skin care, I just let her look at my skin and let her work her magic. I haven’t been disappointed at all with any aspect of this spa or the people I have encountered. And like other spas, they don’t push product on you. They will make suggestions, but there is never any pressure.“

Katt took the time to understand my skincare routine, gave an honest assessment of my skin and advice on what I could do different which was minimal. The facial itself was outstanding, relaxing and my skin looked and felt great. Would highly recommend and I plan on having this part if my overall skincare routine.“

“This place has been around for a long time in Naperville for good reason. Liana was great, love my haircut and my hair color. She didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products I didn’t need, but she did give me simple advice that changed my hair drastically in a great way.

“This was a hidden gem for facials not far from home! Danielle (the owner and aesthetician) is very nice and informative. It was nice that the basic facial here can be customized for different skin types such as sensitive skin. She used products from Hale & Hush and Skin Script which were all agreeable to my skin, and gave me some samples to use at home. The treatment room was very peaceful, with an Aurora borealis projector throwing soft waves of color across the ceiling, but it was also decorated for Halloween, since it's October, which was fun! Overall, excellent skincare at an affordable price. I'll be back.“
