Amazing job! Carmen is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He was able to diagnose and repair hot water heater and toilet issues. He was prompt and professional. He is my go-to plumber! Had another issue come up! LaCassa plumbing to the rescue. This time Frank took care of the water valves for the washer. He went over the process with us and our options. Excellent work and very friendly! 1/9/2026- I continue to add to this review! Heavy rains caused us to have sump pump issues. Carmen was out the next day. He was able to replace a dated sump pump and back up system. He had great recommendations and financing options for this large project.... read full review

Wow! This company was great! We called yesterday for a leaky pipe and they came out first thing in the am. Eric was wonderful and explained everything and finished up quickly. We will definitely use Eric again. He was the best!!!

Fantastic experience! From one small business to another, 10 out of 10, would recommend. Nicole was great in scheduling and communication via phone and text. Matt (and Matt) came out for the estimate to install our water cooler. Clean work and stuck to their initial estimate. Thanks again!
