We lived far away from property we were looking at and Matthew was able to be our set of eyes. The process was simple and he did a very thorough job. He was also willing to get on the phone with me to help answer more questions I had about his findings.

I would absolutely recommend Morgan Home Inspection for your real estate inspection services. I have know Matt for many years and can speak to his integrity and ability to perform any service to the highest level. His knowledge of all disciplines used in house construction is top notch and I know that he puts in a lot of Continuing Education each year to keep up on all the new requirements of inspection. He has invested in all the high end tools and scanners to be able to properly identify problems, even the hidden ones not obvious to the naked eye.

I highly recommend Morgan Home Inspection LLC for any home inspection needs. Mr Morgan did a very thorough job in inspecting the home I was in the process of buying. I met Mr. Morgan at the conclusion of the inspection and he gave me a verbal summary of the issues found. Mr. Morgan answered all questions I had regarding the issues. The inspection took place in the morning and he had the report completed by that afternoon. The written report was laid out in easy to read manner and included photos. I felt confident in continuing with the purchase of the home with the information provided by Morgan Home Inspection LLC
