When you're getting a home inspection, you definitely want a licensed and certified inspector, but that's just entry level. What you really want is someone who also has years and years of experience, who is familiar with the area as well as a large variety of building styles & materials, and who has earned the respect of buyers, sellers, & real estate professionals.
Matt Morgan has all that in spades.
He was also prompt, professional, and thorough. The next time my wife and I need a home inspection, we'll turn to Morgan Home Inspection in a heartbeat . . . and we'll know we're getting the best.
