About Lebanon Seaboard Corporation
Lebanon Seaboard Corporation generally provides an efficient shipping and receiving experience. Many reviews highlight a fast turnaround time, with trucks often loaded faster than their scheduled appointment. The check-in process is simple, and the staff at the office and check-in are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and polite. There is plenty of space for maneuvering trucks, ample parking, and docking space, with overnight parking appearing available. However, experiences can vary. Some reviews report sporadic slow service and long wait times. A specific loading method using wooden braces attached to trailer walls is noted, which drivers are advised to ensure is removed. Overall, while there are occasional negative experiences, many customers report great and efficient service.
I was impressed by how quickly they handled the loading. I arrived at 10 a.m., and by 10:55 I was already loaded. I had an appointment for 2 p.m., but everything was done faster. Also, the lady in the office was very polite. That is why I give these 5 stars, because I was impressed, as I had previously read only negative reviews
Arrived for pickup. The check-in process is very simple: you go to the registration desk and provide your load number. They will tell you which dock to park at, then you wait for a call from the office when your paperwork is ready.
The staff at check-in are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space to maneuver a truck, and it seems like overnight parking may be available.
The loading lasted 1 hour
These people have 2 speeds, slow and stop. Plus they brace the loads with 2x4 and they are attached to your trailer’s walls. They are NOT easy to remove. Instead of just asking the driver for straps or load bars they use this ridiculous system. I got there at 1:30 and didn’t get out of there until 6:20pm. It looks like you could park overnight if needed. To be fair I booked this load at 12:45pm and I could see that the appointment was for 8am. So obviously someone else dropped the ball on this and they had to work me in. Just be advised, make sure the receiver takes those things off of your trailer walls.
