They came out to fix my aunt's toilet and didn't have a plunger. They came out another time and installed a shower head that takes up half the shower. The owner would not come out to look at it or send someone to improve it. Charged her over $500. Worst part he threatened to put a lien on an 80-something year old woman's home.
