Tiffany the CSR was very accommodating in re-scheduling my appt. Lance the tech arrived in a timely manner. He diagniosed and resolve my plumbing issue with no complications. They both made an uncomfortable situation less stressful.

I have had a backed main line for well over a week. Had a different company come out, couldn't solve the problem. Gave Clean Line a call, I was in a pinch, and they got me on the schedule for today, 9/22/25, and Tim and Danny made it well before I expected. Showed em where the problem was, told em what I was experiencing. They figured it out within moments that it was a root problem. They snaked the line and got it all clear to where the pipes drained. THEY DRAINED!! Gave a couple test runs of the water running through the pipe and it was good to go. I will 100% recommend Clean Line from here on out. I’ve called Clean Line dozens of times for a variety of plumbing and sewer issues I’ve encountered doing maintenance on a large complex in Danville. They’ve been great every single time. We’ve used them to clear sewer backups, sewer line inspection and repair, backflow system inspection, water supply and drain line repairs, water heater replacement, and water heater maintenance. They’ve are the kind of plumbers who will carry their muddy boots outside after mucking around in your crawlspace rather than track it down your hallway.
