We had our central Air Conditioning unit go out during this most recent heat wave. We tried everything we could do from putting in a new filter, to flipping breakers on and off. We gave Mike a call and explained the situation and he knew over the phone what it was and came out the next morning and replaced the broken capacitor in about an hour. He was professional, courteous and fast.
Our AC wasn't working so we called yesterday and Mr. Mike came out this morning. He couldn't have been more kind, knowledgeable, or efficient. He did a great job explaining things to me and answering questions. We are new to the area and have never used Clawsons until today. I will always recommend him to everyone and he will be our go to for sure. Great price, personable and I appreciated that as a woman, he took time to explain things but didn't act like I was dumb. Annual maintenance. They are very affectionate and all business. Clawson's installed my furnace and air conditioner 11 years ago and have been wonderful on the service and repairs.
