“I have had Rooterman out twice and have enjoyed (can you really enjoy it when you have to call the plumber?) the service both times. I believe both times it was Dustin. First he came for a shower that had not been used in about 15 years. He was very up front about having to remove the tile and how I would have to get someone else to replace it (and recommended someone who did a great job). Shower worked wonderfully after he left. Second time he came it was for the water heater that died a sad, albeit quick death. He confirmed it was no longer among us and when I said my family was selling the house and wanted to go as affordable as possible, he found a nice new heater that didn't break the bank. Both times he came out when he said he would, went over the issue with me before he started anything, and he acted professionally. He looked clean and even removed his shoes when going in and out. I would use Rooterman again and would recommend him.“
