Never heard back. Sent them an e-mail requesting an estimate. I really hate it when I get blown off or ignored. Very un-professional in my opinion. I'm sure they have some kind of excuse for it. They get good reviews I guess if you can get them to actually do the work. Another great reason why it can be very difficult to use local vendors even though I try to. I have no problem going outside of my area to get things done. In this case I'm using a vendor out of Libertyville. Yeah, it's costing me a lot, but at least I'm on the schedule to get it done and now don't have to worry about it. Bummer Janicke, you just lost $10,000. I guess that is just chicken feed...read full review
