Laura was so cool and squeezed me in for a walk in eyebrow wax. She was very gentle and attentive to what i wanted, but quick and efficient. I hadn't had my brows done in years and now they look beautiful. Thanks so much Laura!Service: Eyebrow beautification

Have been going to see Jeanette at Reflections in Crystal Lake IL for a several years now after trying many others. She is the best always listens and understands what you want as well as giving advise. You leave with what you wanted and a healthy head of hair. She also gives a great shampoo. Very fair prices, no pressure to buy products. Great communication and a very nice lady!
