Rachel Kinnas, NP, is INCREDIBLE! If you asked me over a year ago I would've given 1 star to this place (before seeing Rachel Kinnas, NP). I've been going to Woman to Woman in Crystal Lake since I was 15 (7 years) and saw 2 or 3 providers who completely ignored specific concerns I tried to address that were severely affecting my life daily life. It was because of the poor experience I had with previous providers here that I realized I wanted to go into women's healthcare in nursing. By chance (earliest appointment available) I saw Rachel Kinnas, NP, last year, and she inspired me EVEN MORE to go into women's health care. Not only is she clearly incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has amazing bedside manner, ethics, and has made me feel like she genuinely cares. She's the first provider to acknowledge the health concerns I've had the past 7 years, which I started to brush off myself, as valid and like they never should've been ignored. She's incredible at what she does and I'd recommend her to anyone!

I was very overwhelmed and nervous at first However, thanks to her professionalism, knowledge and guidance, I felt at ease trusting her completely. She's an amazing surgeon and my family and I are extremely grateful to her and her entire team at Northwestern. Everyone from the staff to the nurses have been so wonderful and made a difficult process much easier for me.
