I absolutely adore Mr. Lee. His English isn't the best but he is an absolute magician with his abilities. As long as you are patient and clear in what you want he's got you covered. I'm really sorry to the lady that lost the train on the prom dress I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding and he's not likely to make that mistake again. I had a shirt I wanted the hem a little shorter on and he asked me had to be three or four times if I was sure I wanted it all one length. (Losing the high-low hem that was currently there.) I did. The train of my daughter's prom dress was cut off even though we specifically communicated that, although we wanted the front of the dress hemmed, we still wanted to keep some length of the train. We were assured by the gentleman that took the measurements that there would still be a train.... Sad to spend over 100 dollars for a prom dress alteration and not be satisfied

Wow. Terrible business. Walked in with a pair of jeans with a small tear. The shop smelled very old and stale... the owner came out from the back.. looked at the jeans and said no. I can't help you. I asked if he could just hand stitch the hole and said NO , his machine could not do it since it was close to a button. I left and went to Crystal Cleaners I'm downtown crystal lake, he looked at them and me with a Smile and said no problem, I'll fix in a day, no problem.
