The care my father received from HomeInstead Crystal Lake was fantastic! The office staff was always kind, caring and compassionate. They readily adapted when I needed to change hours of care. Emily helped me transition my Dad to hospice care and was always ready to be a listening ear as I struggled with my Dads increased needs. Crystal and Terri were helpful at all times!
