My son was very nervous and worked up at his first appointment - Annie and Dr. Hoffman were both were so kind, patient, and gentle with him! This is my first time having to go to an orthodontist. It wasn’t for myself, but for my daughter who was referred to see one. From the minute, you walk into the door, you are greeted with warm, welcome smiles. Then we were taken back so she could get x-rays done and they went into great detail and step-by-step of what will happen. Robert Hoffman and his staff were very honest and detailed. I definitely didn’t feel like we were just a number. They make you feel so welcomed. Abby who assisted us, has been so attentive. Even following up after the visit. So happy I went to Hoffman’s.
