Great all around service. My furnace stopped working after an electrical outage/power surge in the middle of winter! I called Legacy and they were able to send someone out the same day and I needed after 4:30pm and I wasn’t charged extra for the evening time. The tech Dan was so helpful. He talked with me before and after servicing the furnace so I understood well what was going on, took time to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), etc. Dan and the Legacy manager also worked so well with me to find the best affordable solution. I’m very grateful and the furnace is back up and going great!
I highly recommend this company! They have highly knowledgeable technicians that go above and beyond excellent service! We had Jason come out the same day to help us with our furnace system and he was professional and very thorough. He made sure we understood what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. The company is very pleasant. very customer service friendly. They take the time to listen to what your needs are and try to find the best way possible to resolve your situation. When they came out I felt like I was a part of their family and they were helping me with what was needed to resolve my situation.I also love how honest they were about what was going on.
