They have always been friendly, on time and do a thorough job when they come over and service our AC and Furnace. The technician takes the time to really clean and vacuum our units and explain everything that is going on. When the technician has a hard time removing the furnace filter he even tweaked the opening to help it slide easier and gave us a new Honeywell filter to replace the one that had gotten suck. Very good service all the way around.
Barry came out and cleaned our AC unit and furnace and was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home and showed up right on time as promised. Did not try to oversell me on anything and his pricing was extremely fair for the work put in. I have had reliability issues with prior companies I've had out but I've now found my go to for seasonal HVAC maintenance and will definitely be calling Arctic Enterprises when it comes time to replace my unit. First class company!
Barry fit us in within a week to his overwhelming summer A/C repair/maintenance schedule. He came out, cleaned the unit outside and scoped out the furnace inside. He did not try to sell us anything. Very respectful of our house, used shoe slippers and mask. This place is very honest. Will be using again in the future. Highly recommended!
