I want to shout out Diane at the Crystal Lake, Il office. She greeted me as I walked in, of course, but really went above and beyond during her whole interaction with me. She was the most helpful, kind, compassionate person! I was in so much pain and she was a bright spot of the whole experience. Thank you.

The scan was for my 10 year old who was very nervous but the tech was amazing with her and got her through it with no issues and to top it off we were running late for our appointment due to road construction and the staff was extremely kind and understanding of the problem and didn’t make us feel rushed even upon the unfortunate late arrival

The scheduling process was easy, staff (Diane) very friendly and helpful, and MRI tech Noe was extremely efficient and professional. I’ve been getting MRIs for over 20 years, and this was the best experience, i.e., fastest and least ‘painful’, I’ve ever had! Kudos to the entire team!
