If I could zero stars I would. I am thoroughly disgusted. My grandmother just had a CT scan. The woman who was doing her CT scan made comments about claustrophobic and made my grandmother feel uncomfortable. Who does that? Then, having no knowledge of my grandmother’s health condition, states, “ Well some people bounce back and others don’t. Maybe you won’t and will live with this the rest of your life. And that you will just have to accept it and live with it.“ - How disgusting! This tech needs a new profession, as this is not something people need to hear when they have anxiety about the test AND the results.

This is for the customer service on the phone only.
I looked up the center website today and did not find any indication there was a separate number to call for Central Scheduling.
Your rep first answered the phone so mumbled I couldn't understand, did not introduce themselves and was audibly annoyed when reading off the number I should call.
I thanked the rep, stated it was not listed on the website and apologized for being an inconvenience and then hung up on.
If this is the type of customer service you are prided on, may I suggest clearly putting the central scheduling number up at the top of your... read full review
I agree regarding the kiosk sign in leaves no opportunity for privacy. Furthermore, if they take your insurance information,thee front desk person should ask for the co-pay! it would really lesson the process of having to make a co-payment when a bill is finally mailed to you. The billing system is so antiquated...my service in December was paid by insurance 3 weeks later...it took 5 months to receive a $60 bill for co-pay charge. It took 4 phone calls to get that resolved.... read full review
