Great experience! Elizabeth was so smooth giving initial diagnostic instructions. Super easy scheduling, she had a tech out in no time. Tech Jeron was wonderful! Caught a dangerous situation that we were unaware of. He even brought us space heaters till the part could come in. Quick turn around on parts and installation. Would hire again.

Staats was able to have a technician out the same day I called. Brandon tested several things and was ultimately able to find the problem. The part I needed wasn't available for Staats to order but a substitute part was available on Amazon. Brandon recommended I order this part (before I bought a new fridge) and offered to come back to do the install for free since they weren't able to order the part through their supplier. Ultimately I was able to install the part myself but I appreciated Staats through the whole process!
