Went here today as a new patient and absolutely loved my experience. Staff is friendly, informative, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. The frame selection exceeded expectation and the exam was comfortable. Dr. Veld was a breath of fresh air!

The ophthalmologist was very professional and friendly and so was all the staff. They make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. I definitely will be coming back. We just started going there this year we used to go to Shelly optical.

Everyone there was very helpful. I was having an issue with my new glasses hurting my nose because the bridge was bent. I went in twice, and both times the girls were very patient with me. They replaced the nose pads, fixed the glasses, and said I could return as many times as I needed until they fit properly. My husband and I are very happy we switched to Dr. Veld.
