Josh came promptly to rod out.my drainage system and was extremely good at explaining the blockage in the sewage system as routine maintenance. He continued by rodding the outdoor pipe designed for such events! He was very informative and put my mind at ease. The procedure was not long and he checked to make sure that water was flowing freely into my sewer system! He explained that I could sign up for yearly maintenance! I was impressed with his communication with me as an 85 year old woman. Once again, I glad that I chose Reid and Peterson Drainage to keep my home dry and safe! Josh did a thorough inspection and answered all my questions so far so good!
I called them again! I had another great experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They came out promptly, took the time to ask questions, listened to my concerns, and were professional and respectful throughout the visit.
What I appreciated most was that they didn’t act like know-it-alls. They were approachable, explained things clearly, and focused on solving the problem rather than talking over me.

As always Reid & Pederson get the job done professionally and with good all know-how. I called them because my sump pump went out and they were able to come out and repair all in the same day. Took about an hour. You can ALWAYS depend on Reid to do it right.
