I appreciate how they walk us through our options, answer any questions, and have such a great selection of frames that’s it’s always hard to choose. Not to worry, they offer kind advice to help choose the perfect style! They ask about my kids when they’re not there, helped fix damaged frames (my fault), and have the highest standards for their products. Main Street Optical is a gem of the community. We’ve been going there since the beginning and have only had positive experiences.

These amazing girls continue to surprise me! I’ve never received this level of customer service before. My eyes are really dry and they’ve taken their time with me to make sure I’m fitted with the perfect contact lens there is for me! Couldn’t be happier. I switched to Main Street optical from another provider this year and couldn't be happier with the care and service I've received here. After years of struggling to get a contact lens prescription that works for me, Dr. Hines spent a lot of time with me and calculated a great solution. Customer service has been wonderful, and they are just down the street from me. Kudos and highly recommended!
