My experience as a client with Shalom Home Health Care Agency has been very discouraging. When relying on home care services, especially as an older adult, it is important to feel supported, respected, and confident that your needs are being addressed. Sadly, that has not been the case for me.
There seems to be a significant lack of communication between the agency and the people they serve. Important concerns are not always addressed in a timely manner, and there is little effort to ensure that clients are satisfied with the care they are receiving. It often feels as though feedback is overlooked rather than used to improve services.
I have also noticed problems with coordination and oversight. When issues come up, it is difficult to get clear answers or see meaningful action taken to resolve them. The overall management of care appears inconsistent, which can create unnecessary stress for both clients and their families.
Families place a great deal of trust in home care providers, expecting dependable service and genuine concern for their loved ones’ well-being. Based on my experience, Shalom Home Health Care Agency has fallen short of those expectations. I believe prospective clients should carefully evaluate all available options and make sure they are comfortable with the level of communication, responsiveness, and support being offered before making a decision.
I would never recommend working for Shalom Home Health Care Agency. This was by far the worst employment experience I have ever had. Management consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for both employees and clients. Staff members are often spoken to in a rude, condescending, and unprofessional manner, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unsupported.
The agency appears to place very little emphasis on employee well-being or client care. There is minimal communication, little to no follow-up with caregivers in the field, and inadequate oversight to ensure clients are receiving quality services. Employees are frequently left...read full review
