We have been loyal customers of M&R Plumbing since 2008 for a good reason. We can always rely on M&R to remedy any of our plumbing needs. We have built a good relationship with M&R and Mark always remembers us and can quickly access historical information regarding our plumbing fixtures. Yesterday our toilet float broke. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, identified the parts needed and quickly sent out capable plumbers Joel and apprentice Cash, equipped with the specific needed parts. Today, we were fortunate to have Chris and Mark help with our backed-up sink. They thoroughly explained the steps they planned to take to fix the issue and did an excellent job. They also made sure to maintain the cleanliness of our home throughout the process.
