Walter was a great help. I knew my AC unit had issues from before, which I discussed with him. He made sure to check that as well as show me the other on-going issues and set up a repair plan.
Dereck was awesome. Courteous and professional from greeting to exit. Explained all our hot water heater options which lead to the best choice for our home. No one wants to replace their water heater but if you need one...call Dereck at Precision.
