The barber works with impressive speed in sensitive areas, pauses when needed, and takes time to desensitize tools. This approach results in the best haircut, with children not crying, looking forward to the next visit, and even not wanting to leave. Took my 6-year old son in for a sensory-friendly haircut, and it was a great experience. Angel was so patient and kind with him the whole time. The private sensory room with toys and a big screen TV made a huge difference in keeping him calm and comfortable. The haircut turned out excellent too! Thankful to have found a place like this. We just finished up our third haircut with Angel so I truly feel like I can leave an honest review. My son is 4 on the spectrum and haircuts have been the most traumatic events for not only him but myself and the person who has been cutting his hair. Angel has changed the game for all of that for us. A true godsend he is. He has never rushed, never became frustrated was nothing but fully understanding and accommodating to making my son feel safe and comfortable.
