Highly recommended service. We had a cracked window pane on the upper level of our home. I called a few local window repair shops, but was sent straight to voicemail. I either never received a call back or was told that they didn’t service my area even though they were located 10 minutes away from me. I called Rhino Glass and they picked up immediately. Within two hours they were at my house measuring for a new window. He assured me it was an easy fix and they would take care of it. They ordered the new window and installed it a few days later. It was such a relief. No fussing about, they get it done!
I have a window where the top pane was sliding down. Nick was referred to me on Facebook. He did not disappoint! It took him less than 10 minutes to realize it just needed a quick adjustment and didn't even charge me for the service. If you have a need, this is your guy! Highly recommend!
I'm very happy with the service I received. I submitted an online request for window glass replacement, included pictures and was contacted by Nick within the same day. He scheduled a day to give me a quote in person and while at the home he measured the window and took down payment to order the replacement. I felt the price was fair, so I did not bother to quote any other companies. Just over two weeks later he came with an associate and replaced the window glass as promised and was done promptly. He was professional and performed the job as requested, and that is all I can ask for. Great service and communication.
