“I would recommend this Athletico to anyone. Kelly was my physical therapist and she was awesome. I feel she was super attentive and really had my recovery as a top priority. The difference in my shoulder from day one until now is crazy. Lauren who was the physical therapist aide is so sweet, helpful, and she really kept me on track during my rotations( believe me there were days that I needed it). Danielle who is the patient experience coordinator is awesome —she is on top of everything and is so dedicated to the patients making sure that we had the appointments when we needed them and printing out the schedules ( no matter how many times you needed one ). Everybody always has a smile on their face. I am glad I am feeling better and am released but I will miss the ladies for sure.“

I've received treatment from both Chris and Don. They each have their own style of treatment but both are quite effective. “Ed and his staff operate a first class facility. I visited this facility for vertigo/balance issues. In my first visit Ed was able to identify the source that was causing my problems. He went through a detailed treatment plan, and was able to treat my problems accordingly. My vertigo/balance issues are now a thing of the past. I would highly recommend this facility. They were more than accomodating when it came to scheduling appointments. All in all, it was a great experience and cannot thank Ed enough for correcting my issues. Thank you again!“

Post-Op, mobility, dynamic range, weights, dry needling, direct therapy and a few more I can’t remember. Top notch office. Not all therapy locations are equal. This one is head and shoulders above.“

“I'm so late but it just hit me while I'm sitting on the couch and I've notice i don't have pain in my back like i use to. I visited him and his wife back in 11/2021 and i have scoliosis and had surgery on my back when i was 10 y/o but i loved to sleep on my stomach pregnant or not but after seeing him and since he told stop sleeping on my stomach I've actually stopped and sleep on my sides and when i catch myself rolling over on my stomach i noticed my back would try to start hurting but since my last visited i did exactly what he said and i usual don't listen to men but i did and its not a cure but its a cure for me and i definitely will be back if i need their services in the near future. Dr. Burns reviewed my history and MRI and set
me up with a plan to alleviate my pain.
I saw Bella for my Physical Therapy and Dr. Burns did my adjustments.
I am very happy to have found this office.
Dr. Burns is a very knowledgeable doctor. His plan for working with my problems was spot on.
Bella was excellent at working with me for my PT. She made sure that I was performing the exercises correctly.
Angelique took care of my scheduling.

“I recently visited the Vital Birth and Death Records Office to obtain my child's birth certificate, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The office staff were incredibly efficient, and I had my paperwork completed in no time. The security staff at the reception were welcoming and made the process even more comfortable. The facility is well-maintained, and I appreciated that it had clear signage, especially since there's a tuberculosis center on the same premises but in a different suite. Just make sure to visit Suite 1 for your birth records to avoid any confusion. Parking is very easy with lots of openings.“

Mariah in NL has been doing OT with my daughter. Mariah is so positive and treats her with so much respect. She has given us many tools to use at home and in school. With support her from and others, my daughter has gone from Cs and Ds to all As. For therapy she has seen Sarah R. She just knows my kid now. Truly knows her. My daughter’s confidence and self love has been immeasurable since seeing Sarah. Coming from a divorced home, my kiddo really looks forward to Sarah to help and guide her. And while Miss Sarah is on leave, we go to Amy in Joliet. We were worried about the transition of people, but Amy is really sweet, kind, and understanding.
