Since when did asking for a barber that I booked an appointment with for 9am a "rude comment?" Got a response to a review from jclipps on booksy who stated this. So you expect your customers to sit like lame ducks without uttering a word? Folks out there should know that this business owner has no clue how to run a business. On top of that I was dissatisfied with what should have been a haircut that turned into an hour long lining only. But I paid for a haircut.

On the 21st of April 2017 I went to this very salon to finally get my BIG CHOP. The stylist Trina, who I thought I could trust because she did my moms and I hair back in the early 2000s and we never had any problems. Well I can definitely tell you I wasn't happy with the style she gave me when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a week later (today) I go to wash my hair and noticed that there were pieces of my hair that wouldn't curl (completely straight) so that made me even more pissed because it now had heat damage so therefore I had to cut it out.
