The office experience was great as usual.The Pre-visit notifications, while helpful, were MANY. I received a robo-call, and in-person call, a text, email, AND a post card in the USmail! Surely one or 2 of these alone would suffice to confirm my appointment.

The Dr. Was so amazing with my 4 year old! He made her laugh and feel very comfortable! He made the experience very enjoyable. The other worker was great as well! She was very nice! Great customer service!

I have never had so much fun in an eyeglasses store. Dr. Jerome was AWESOME and made everything so comfortable. Ray, the Optician, was also so friendly and AWESOME. My son and I had a very fun experience. Who would ever say that about an eye appointment? Lol… We'll definitely go back here again for our next check up.
