We were referred to them by a friend since we were unhappy with our past vet and we have had a wonderful experience so far. From the first visit my dogs seemed calmer and happier which is very important to us. These dogs are our family and we want the best for them. We just had our precious dogs spaded and the team was very gentle with them and informative during the procedure as well as after. They called the day after to see how they were doing which I appreciated. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!
I have never been to another veterinarian clinic where I felt so confident of the doctors and staff. The thorough examination and the time they took for answering my questions was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
This used to be a great pet care facility. The Husband and wife doctors that own it had a great bedside manner. Recently, something has changed. When in need of an emergency appointment, I was given the option for an appointment a week later! Now when needing an appointment for a new puppy in which I am obligated to have examined in the first week, I was told the earliest appointment was in 10 days and there was a new policy where a deposit was required to schedule an appointment. I advised I was going to transfer care for my 3 dogs to another facility and there was no attempt the retain me as a customer. I reached out to another vet and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. It is unclear if the owners have reduced service levels, or if the front desk employees are choosing to not accommodate pet owners in need.
