I've been going here since 2023 and the staff have been always very kind and helpful. They have great pricing on medication, preventatives, vaccines, and routine check ups. Better than most around the Joliet/Plainfield area when I was doing my research when my wife and I moved by Crest Hill. My dog is a senior dog so I often come in with a ton of questions. The nurses and vets keep a very detailed record of her history so I'll be sure not to miss anything. They always follow up the next day if my dog is not feeling well and are always careful with her. Thank you to the Crest Hill Cat and Dog team! Your work and care doesn't go unnoticed.
I love this place. First time going in was friday. Kylie was a dream. I’ve never had such an enjoyable experience at a vet. And the Doc (sorry don’t remember her name ) she was super duper sweet and reassurance as well. 10/10 recc
We have been going here for years! The care is remarkable, with Dr Walley and Dr Ling and staff, they are extremely caring...we have recently had to euthanize 2 of our precious babies.... The doctors and staff were very compassionate during this very difficult time..... Thank you for always being so concerned about the care of our animals....
