I have been a customer for over 30 years. My experience with management, sales staff, finance and service has always been outstanding! They have been straightfoward, patient and very helpful in every encounter. I scheduled mobile service with Tony who was so flexible and accommodating!!! Luis and Giovanni came to do the service on both my vehicles. They were on time, professional, thorough, explained the issues, gave me written copies of the service and arranged for additional needed services. Once again impressed with the amazing customer service throughout the dealership!!!!

I’ve been really indecisive with where and when I should purchase a car but I have to say every time I’ve talked with Miriam at Westfield Ford she makes me feel like this dealership is the one. Every question, even every concern you could possibly think of, she has reassured me with. Westfield Ford, Miriam is amazing. She really makes purchasing a car one less thing to worry about. Westfield Ford service department saved my vacation. My F150 experienced a shifter failure (covered by Warranty). Steve, Ray, and Adam pulled out all the stops and got me back on the road. We arrived on Saturday morning before 8 AM and left with a functioning truck at 4 PM. I wasn't planning to spend the day at the dealership, but I'm so thankful the team here helped my daughter and I so we could continue our road trip and make it back home to Florida.
