Novi is the BEST. I’ve taken my pup here for the haircut and bath and every time has been fantastic. She always comes back clean, happy, pretty, soft, and smelling amazing. She gets so many compliments, everyone thinks she’s a puppy, and she’s so clean and fluffy even two weeks later because the cut was so well done.

I take my almost 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog here and Mario is his groomer. My dog is a big dog 100 pounds so not every groomer can take that big of a dog but Mario takes care of him very well. My dog seems to like coming here. I recommend this place, they take care of your pets very well.

Moving to IL I was desperate to find a trust worthy grooming place. I stumbled upon Novi, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so amazing and communicated with me so well, Benji, my shih tzu, did not come home stressed, he was very relaxed and happy and of course he looked so handsome? it’s safe to say we found our FURever place
