Huge shoutout to Crash Champions! They seriously went above and beyond after my accident. The whole team was super nice and made everything so easy. They kept me updated the whole time and even helped deal with the insurance stuff, which was a big relief.
When I picked up my car, I couldn’t believe how good it looked — like nothing ever happened! The paint, the bodywork, everything was perfect. They even cleaned it inside and out before giving it back.
I’m so thankful for the awesome service and the extra care they took. If you ever need collision repair, I 100% recommend these guys!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my car here for repairs, and instead of fully fixing the issue, they left the job incomplete so I would have to keep coming back. It took nearly two months to resolve a simple problem, and I had to return about five times just to get the door mirror properly fixed. The employee named Dave repeatedly claimed that the mirror had arrived broken, but the situation was poorly handled. Throughout my visits, Dave was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He made inappropriate comments about me driving a BMW and even mocked me, saying that having driven a BMW for only a few years doesn’t make me an expert. He also made fun of my accent and the way I speak, which was very insulting and discriminatory. Despite my polite attempts to explain the issues such as the bumper not being properly attached and the driver’s door not closing correctly Dave continued to dismiss my concerns. Eventually, the manager had to step in, but the situation should never have escalated to that point. This business seems more interested in keeping customers coming back for the same unresolved problems than in providing quality service. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Took my 2025 Tahoe RST in for damages on my passenger side pillar & passenger side roof rail caused by my storage facility which they gladly paid for. The staff and management was very professional and respectful including Anne (front desk), Alexis (service advisor) and Alexis (manager). Estimates were free with final cost of repairs being great. I was updated frequently of the process of my truck and my truck was ready days before the estimated completion time. I've already recommended this location to a few people and will continue to recommended them. Thank you guys for the great service and experience.
