Went in for a cut and color. I think her name was Liz, she acted very annoyed that I brought my son with me. He sat in a chair in the corner and played on his phone the entire appointment. She was not welcoming and wanted to argue with me first thing about her door being heavy or not…very strange. I told her on the phone I wanted a cut and all over color. When she asked me to remind her about what I wanted she said that she had me down for a highlight and cut. Liz Upchruch is very friendly, she makes everyone feel at home. She takes her time with you and listen to what you want, she will let you know if a new hair stayle will work with your hair.
