Werner Restoration did a great job with our restroom. We thought we might have water damage but it turned out to be less of an issue. However we did need them to help us with several things to ensure there was no other issues and get things back up and in running order . They were very efficient and thorough!
Updated Review***The work is now completed just under a year after originally reaching out. I was unhappy with the quality of some of the work and mess left behind in my bathroom grout which they came back to address, along with a few other issues that they have now addressed. We did discover a leak in the bathroom shortly after moving in, which they came and fixed for us so that we did not have the same moisture and mold issues again. We also had an exhaust fan in the attic detach after it had been installed which they came and fixed for us as well. I appreciate them coming out and fixing things that needed addressed and making things right for me.***

Where the restoration was recommended to me by TMI after they repaired plumbing disaster in the upstairs bathroom. Water had leaked downstairs through the kitchen ceiling. We’re in a restoration came out properly. Everyone involved, from the project manager to the workers who placed fans and dehumidifiers and eventually had to pull out the ceiling and wet insulation and do mold treatment, was extremely helpful and polite. They showed up when they said they would and they explained everything they were doing and answered any questions.
