Told I would be contacted 3 days prior to service but not contacted until the day of. While I appreciate the job is complete, I had others services to schedule based on aeration schedule, now those are running behind. If I cant trust TG in the little things how can I trust the company in the bigger things. Details and promises are important.

I had Javaun B. come out to service my yard today. Trugreen calls Javaun a "Trugreen Lawn Care Specialist." I call him a Trugreen Customer Service Care Specialist and Standard Barer. Javaun serviced my yard with fertilizer and weed control treatments. He took the time to ask questions about any yard care concerns I may have, and ensured those concerns were addressed as he treated my property. Javaun's cordial interactive communications along with his attention to details while performing his job placed him in high standing with me. He sets a standard worthy of being emulated.
