I recently had to replace my septic system and went with Mars after getting a few bids. Mars wasn’t the lowest, and they weren’t the highest, but I felt the most comfortable with them because John’s experience was clear and stood out when working with him.
Of all the professionals I talked to, John was the only one to offer a design that reused part of my current system. He also answered all of my questions and concerns with patience.
My partner and I contacted Mars for a suspected water leak and were able to secure a same day appointment (other places had up to a week long wait.) Communication was top notch throughout the entire process, including both the office and Seth himself reaching out to let us know he was on the way. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to elaborate on all of the options for our situation. On top of that, the bill was infinitely less than either of us expected. We can’t recommend Mars P&H enough!!
