I have been a customer of Herb's License since 2012, I make it my business to do business here! U must call 1st, make sure it's open/not out to lunch (strange hrs)...there's no Red-tape here, yes it may take longer than other locations, due to mailings! But, no lines, no waiting, no parking issues, In & Out! I love it!
