Amazing. I had to find pcp and these people are so nice the front desk people, the doctors, even the people who ask questions and do labs. I was scared of doctors but my doctor here really cares and treats me kindly. The office technology or WiFi stuff wasn’t working once and they still provided care and were very fast. I’m grateful my friend found this place.
Went here strictly for Delora Brooks and now that she’s gone I would not waste your time with this office. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, it’s very difficult trying to schedule an appointment, and half of the appointments I do get scheduled end up getting canceled for “Scheduling conflicts” less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Luckily I don’t have any serious medical issues to worry about but if I did this office is the last place I would go to get efficient medical care.
- Updated Review -Mariah Wagner (PA) is a fantastic provider and has worked very hard to help resolve my myriad of issues. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and listens well. So long as you use/contact her via the patient portal, I absolutely recommend her!The office staff/receptionist is, unfortunately, the inverse of the providers. Check-in always takes an inexplicably long time, any questions you have will very likely not get answers, and you cannot contact them by phone most days. The receptionist always seems very surly/rude and upset that I have to interrupt her phone conversations to check in or send paperwork.
