This company is extremely predatory. They assured me that the new filters and parts I was replacing for my CPAP were fully covered by my health insurance and then proceeded to bill me for hundreds of dollars! They also auto-enrolled me in additional supplies being delivered to my house without notifying me and even though I declined the package and returned to sender via UPS unopened, they keep trying to bill me for those as well. They have no chat or email option on their website or in our patient accounts, only 1-888 numbers to call. They clearly only care about profits, not people.

Ive dealt with many bad companies out there and this has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with. They randomly call you about late bills when your account has autopay and no balance. Whenever you call you get a completely different answer every time. Its almost like this company is trying to win an award for being the most dysfunctional company or something

Helpful getting my healthcare equipment delivered to me but left me on my own to figure out how it works. Before the pandemic my family member had someone come to the house to show them how to use theirs but I guess we don't do that anymore. Sad

First of all , after dealing with Bobby and having issues here APRIA in my eyes are terrible people. This place is so disorganized. At first when they call you of course they are so nice and understanding because they want to scam you out of your money. They provided me with a new CPAP and equipment and Bobby called me and said I needed to return it because of an insurance situation that they did not verify A WEEK before me even picking up the CPAP. Poor customer service. Poor management. She was rude, she had an attitude the entire time as if it were my fault. I’m glad I don’t need to go through them if I don’t want to. It’s close to my home but I will drive the extra miles for great service because APRIA does not deliver that. I’m not an insurance verifier and they made it seem like it was my fault when it is infact NOT my responsibility.
