He tried his very best to work within my budget, holding out hope that I would be approved on the financial side. After disappointing news, he even tried to show a plan that could work for me, knowing my situation and not trying to break my bank. Top notch.

While it didn’t work out right now to make a plan with this team, I 100% will be doing any future business with them. I’ve said for years people won’t care about what you’re saying until they know you care. Their customer service has also been extraordinary. Their installers and sales people have promptly answered any questions that we've had. For example, just this week we were worried about moving a very large couch through our basement sliding door. Since our knowledge of sliding doors and how to remove them is limited, we called our salesperson Marcus Campbell for advise. In response Marcus not only came to our house, but also removed the sliding door and proceeded to help carry out the heavy couch, a task we were not expecting him to do, but he did. “Iossi has done it again! 3 yrs. ago, they sided my unsightly garage. This last few weeks, the crew has taken on my crazy house built in 1910 in the central city....my home for 36 years. Crazy because it slopes and somebody covered it with ground level stucco about 50 yrs. ago. Iossi agreed to take on the challenge, and the crew gave their all creating a vinyl sided looks new house on my corner property. Did I mention my lot is small? We decided to leave the stucco because much of it was stable and what wasn't got plenty of TLC. If you have a stucco house needing assistance, call Iossi and have Dave come out, take a look, and discuss the possibilities. I was very pleased the lead on site made sure the crew cleaned up every day. The last few days brought snow covering their materials, cold water dripping on them (gutters were off), colder temps and wind as they finished siding, prepped for gutters, and did a final cleanup. Didn't slow them a bit...an impressive siding job was finished in time to move on to another house. Crazy house gone....their workmanship left in its place quality renovation, less maintenance for me, and increased pride in ownership.
