Pat was a stand up guy to work with. Had an issue with our downspouts, as in there should be 4 and there was only 2. Pat suggested we go to 4 inch downspouts. We had been dealing with water overflowing for a while and basement leaks so I was willing to try anything. He gave me an estimate for the downspouts and also an estimate to put gutters on the garage because there were none.He mailed an estimate, I approved because it was a fair price and mailed it back and Lisa who works for Pat scheduled me in. Took some time to get the work done due to a back log of work but in 5 weeks I had my downspouts and gutters installed. Pat also fixed some holes that were probably caused...read full review
