Steve and Jay did an outstanding job converting our tub to a new walk in shower! They were extremely prompt and professional from start to finish.
They arrived around 8:30 and didn't stop throughout the entire process. Steve and Jay were very honest and transparent during installation and left my home neat and clean.
The shower looks beautiful and I could not be happier with their efforts.

Before leaving had the bathroom, hallway, and driveway cleaned up well. Answered the questions when asked about the work. Communication with customer to make sure everything is going well. My father had a walk-in shower installed in a Century home to improve access for safety and health reasons. The installation went very well, and it's difficult demo on original mud tiles! The group was professional and priced appropriately. The shower fits with the character of the home, and that was important to the family. Great experience all around.

I’m very happy with my experience with Prime Baths. We had a shower installed in our master bath by Steve and Matt. It is absolutely beautiful. I have physical limitations and the shower seat helps immensely. We also had a walk-in tub installed in our main bath. It is not only beautiful, but very functional. It makes getting in and out of the tub easy. My thanks to Mike and Derek for a wonderful job. A shout out to TJ Scarber who helped us with planning everything.

We just had Prime Bath from Coal City install a new shower. Our experience from the first call to meeting our sale person ,Krevo to Morena at the office was absolutely amazing. They kept us informed on our time line and installations. Very professional and efficient! Steve and Matt were our installers. Professional, respectful to our home and did an excellent job.
