“Erica makes you feel very comfortable and she really tries to massage where you want her to. The only caveat I have is that it's not really trigger point massage as I understand it. I thought trigger point massage was targeting knots in a muscle, even to the point of pain, to get rid of them. But I am a novice so use your own judgment.“
