The new (2025) staff at Pro Aire HVAC Services is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recently had a component fail on one of my mini split systems. They replaced the entire unit fast and professionally after diagnosing the issue. They also cleaned all of my drain lines (one was clogged and causing a little leak). They are busy (like the rest of the world!), but Vinny and Fidel will definitely make sure your issue is resolved. The Perfect Aire system is quiet and efficient. Very happy with the new staff at Pro Aire!

I am so glad that I worked with Pro Aire to get a mini split put into our bedroom. I have no idea how we would have handled this summer otherwise. Our room went from being like sleeping in a toaster oven to having the ability to make it as cold as we would in a nice hotel. Installation wasn't super messy or a huge time suck, and the condenser is SO quiet! Nice people and great work!
